Unexpected Memories and Friends You’ll Make In College

Humans are social creatures; therefore, friendship is knowing a person you can count on, talk to, or turn to when you need them. Friends share understanding, empathy, and a willingness to do what is best for the other. They communicate with one another for comfort and support and are free to make mistakes without worrying about being judged.

I vividly remember studying at Philippine Christian University as very reserved student. I was simultaneously very nervous and excited. Ofcourse! There are new surroundings, new people, and new opportunities to anticipate. Though I am quiet and reserved by nature and am aware of this, I have a tendency to become louder once I feel at ease around you. I can still clearly recall how I felt during my first few weeks as a first-year college student. I don't want to get in the way of anyone's friendship groups since they all already have them. I'm grateful that, as time passed, I made new acquaintances with whom I could share special moments.
Without the people I spend time with there, college life is incomplete. Some people would say that college friends are the friends you'll have for only a short time. However, even if you're not quite the Miss Congeniality type, you've certainly still made one or two friends along the way. Others, however, have developed priceless friendships over the course of their four years of college with a completely unexpected group of individuals. However, that is college for you—completely unanticipated but still completely worthwhile!
